By Jonas Cullwick | Daily Post One hundred new citizens of Vanuatu were awarded their citizenship certificates in a ceremony at Au Fare restaurant at Melcoffee in Port Vila Thursday. Japan gives millions for Vanuatu port development

Source:Radio New Zealand‎   Japan has committed  $36 million dollars for a multi purpose wharf being built in the Vanuatu capital, Port Vila. This latest funding comes on top of $US54 million already granted for the project. The Japanese Ambassador, Takuji Hanatani, says Vanuatu will benefit from the construction of a new wharf, a container yard, an administration building and other important facilities.
